You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return you must contact us at www.delongstudio.com/contact.
Items for return must be in original, unworn condition. Please include proof of purchase and original receipt.
All sales are final on clearance items, no returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer must pay for return shipping, using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. Refunds will be issued in the same method as originally paid or store credit if desired.
Items bought online can also be brought to our store within 30 days for store credit.
